It's too hard to keep up both blogs and try to decide what to write in each one with all that is going on in our lives and all that is about to happen. I promised myself that when my other blog caught up with this one in number of posts, that I would put this one to rest. That time has come but if you enjoy reading my rambling I am continuing with Incinta up to and long after our little girl is born so please feel free to head over there and follow along.
Thanks for reading.
Moving is exhausting and I am not even the one "moving" the boxes. This is one of those times in my life when I wish I could wiggle my nose and move it all over at once and have the walls painted perfectly foe when we got there. Ahhhhhh. Once can dream.

With a daughter on the way, I thought I should do my research on having a little "princess" since everyone who knows me knows that Murphy's Law will dictate that a Tomboy mom is destined to have a pink-wearing, glitter-loving, girly-girl princess. So, I caught a lovely documentary the other night peeking into the lives of the pre-teen pageant tour. My reaction - Holy crap! Really? Tanning, fake teeth, hair pieces, $2000 dresses, sexy bathing suit poses and all for kids under the age of 6! While I never want to deny my child an experience if she has her heart set on it, I am thinking I might want to never ever let her see anything to do with pageants!! WOW!

...and not a bus driving into the building.
Does watching the new Friday The 13th trailer at the smallest resolution available make it any less scary?...but 2 days ago, I went to read my book at the beach and only lasted for an hour because it was too hot. It's winter right? People in Chicago and NY are freezing their little butts off and I am sweating in a skirt and a short sleeve shirt and wishing I still fit in my bathing suit. Strange way to start the year.
